I saw Dr. Caldwell and his team at the Providence Surgery Center and cannot emphasize enough what a pleasure it has been. They saw me 3 separate times for my test blocks and final procedure. Throughout the process they were professional, friendly and patient focused. The level of care I received has been absolutely wonderful. My pain is dramatically reduced in my back and I am so pleased with the results. I drive over to Missoula from East Helena to see the team at the Providence Surgery Center, (they are really that good). While no medical procedure can ever be described as enjoyable, Dr. Caldwell and his team bring the experience as close as it is ever going to be and I am ever grateful to them for their efforts. I was cared for exceptionally well from the time I entered the facility through discharge. Thank you Dr. Caldwell and everyone at the Providence Surgery Center. You have made a significant difference in my pain level and quality of life!

i know there aren’t many options in missoula but avoid doing business with these people if possible. this is referring to the administration. truly awful people to work with. i have no complaints about the hard working and friendly people at the surgery center itself. it’s the ones who are only concerned with raking in profits that i have an issue with

From brain surgery to child birth, my family and I have had a lot of experience here and always were met with an incredible staff across the board, doctors, nurses, administrators...a really great place. And if you're considering where to have your baby, the (relatively) new birthing center is incredible with a nursing staff and doctors who are happy to accommodate a wide variety of birthing philosophies. Can't say enough good things about them!
