High quality, medical care, Very professional, A place with integrity !!!
I had a procedure done here this morning and it couldn’t have gone better! Check in was quick and pleasant. Everything was prompt and on schedule. The nurse got my IV in on the first try, something that usually doesn’t happen. Wish I knew her name for a shout out! Staff were all super nice and friendly. Based on this visit I would highly recommend this facility!
If you're in need of surgery, this is the place to go. The dedication and expertise of the staff truly set this center apart. I'm beyond grateful for the outstanding care I received and wouldn't hesitate to return if needed. Five stars all the way!
I've had over 30+ surgeries/procedures in my 46 years but today topped them all. I had sinus surgery and was terrified. Every staff member from the front desk receptionist to the aides to the nurses to the anesthesiologist were THE best. My first time here and they really left the best mark on my heart. I'm very tattooed on my arms and they were complimenting me on them, particularly the portrait of my little sister. She lost her battle with alcohol 2 years ago and I briefly shared her story. I thought for sure there would be odd looks and an awkwardness but there was not. These wonderful women gave their condolences, asked how I am doing and if I needed anything, with one even hugging me. Another shared her own stories of family members and a sibling losing their battles with addiction. All of these things are what make amazing humans and I'm so glad I got to meet them all. Their words were just what I needed today not having my sister at my side for this surgery. I just wanted everyone to know how much this meant to me and was another step in my healing journey. I went in for sinus surgery with big worries. I left with more joy in my heart that such caring women are still out there. Thank you so much for all of that and taking such great care of me regarding surgery/recovery. 💚
I am highly disappointed with the Grand Island Surgical Center. My daughter had a 5:30AM appointment there this morning to replace the tubes that only lasted 5 months. They had us waiting so long that my almost 2 year old daughter was screaming and trying to squirm out of my arms. In the matter of a split second she reached into the diaper bag l, pulled out her sippy cup I was storing for after the surgery and took a sip before I could get it from her. I am not upset that they canceled the surgery due to safety reasons; I am upset that they had us waiting for an hour with no notice on how much longer it might be. Wewalked out there doors at 6:29 just several minutes after my daughter took a sip. They better not try to charge me for the time we waited around for nothing.
