I called to ask a simple question about my contacts, and the customer service was extremely rude. The person I spoke with didn’t try to help at all, talked to me like I was an inconvenience, and then hung up on me before my issue was even addressed. Really disappointing experience. I expected much better from an eye care office.

I sincerely hope all the people that work at this business never need emergency care for someone they love and get turned away. It is a horrible experience to be desperately needing help and be told you need another referral first. So you get a referral and they schedule you in 18 days. So you have another Dr call and say this person needs seen immediately and still be told it's over 2 weeks. I hope the people that work here never go through the pain and agony that we have been through. And while I'm hoping, I hope my husband doesn't lose his eye. Side note, not that it matters, but we have excellent insurance. I don't think that is probably relevant in this case however. Next day appointment was offered after 2 weeks of 2 referrals and calls. Luckily we found a provider that actually cared and responded.

Ricky Salazar in the glasses department is incredible at his job. I did the same thing for 17 years before switching careers and every time I’ve been in to KEI I’ve witnessed his incredible customer service, his warmth and his customer-first attitude. He has patience with people, he’s extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find in the optical industry but not at KEI with Ricky. He’s a total asset to the whole business. He probably deserves a raise, just saying. Kathy Oertle has also been awesome to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has a very trustworthy approach to helping pick out frames, navigating different insurances, ordering, warranty replacing and repairing frames. Most customers don’t understand that with bigger frames in style it’s very important to note the ocular center of the lens which is something you just can’t really do online. These people know what they’re doing and what crucial parts not skip to make sure you see the best in your new frames even with complicated prescriptions. There’s another young woman there I did not get the name of but she seems to round off the team in the frames department really well with overall superior customer service. Even if you didn’t go to KEI for your Rx I would highly recommend their glasses department for ordering your next 15 pairs. Great job, guys! Thanks for making it so easy and hassle free be able to see and look good at the same time. 👍🏼

I was just notified that my appointment needed to be moved out because my doctor was attending training. It was scheduled for the 23rd this month. I called to reschedule and they wanted to reschedule in late February. You would think they could do better. No consideration for the inconvenience that they crated.
