If I could give more then 5 stars I would!! If you want to be treated like family I would recommend DOSC. Everyone was extremely friendly from check in to check out!! Special shout out to Staci, Megan, Laura and Morgan you were all excellent! Also Thank you Crystal for taking the time out of you busy day to pop in after my surgery.

Staff were great, Meghan was our nurse and she was absolutely wonderful. When things didn't go right for my husband, she stepped up and anticipated our needs every step of the way. Billing dept let us set up a payment plan. Facility was clean and one nurse even gave our son some cars to play with. Meghan deserves a raise though. Whatever you're paying her isn't enough.

Our daughter had surgery on her foot at Doctors. What an absolute nice, clean and comfortable facility. We felt well cared for from the time we walked in the door! Reception, nurses, docs were incredibly friendly, supportive and attentive to her needs. They all went above and beyond in her care and even followed up to make sure she was doing well at home. We will definitely choose to revisit Doctors outpatient when in need! Nobody better, A++++++++ Jesse and Angela Waller (Raina’s parents)

Surgery staff was good to work with and the facility was new and clean. My issue is with billing. Two days before surgery, they informed us that they needed our entire deductible up front. Never have I done this for outpatient surgery. Then 3 months later, they finally submit to my insurance...but, didn't get the amount they wanted so said they were going to resubmit it again to my insurance. Well, 7 months after the surgery, they are getting more money from my insurance company. I don't know what took them so long to get the billing figured out as there were hardly any patients in the facility and with Covid-19, there weren't many patients for a few months. I will never go back to this facility because of their horrid billing department and their vagueness when I continued to call for updates. Poor customer service.
