I originally scheduled a procedure with a provider in Omaha, but my insurance required me to schedule at LDHC. After reviewing my notes, one of the doctors, Dr. Vance, so graciously scheduled me for the procedure with her without requiring me to schedule another office visit. Having never met the Dr. Vance or having been put under anesthesia before, I was very nervous about the procedure. Everyone was so nice and did everything they could to help me feel comfortable. The nurses were very knowledgeable and experienced in this field which made me feel very safe. The anesthesia provider and Dr. Vance both stopped in to chat with me and answered all of my questions prior to the procedure. Everyone was prompt and efficient without making me feel at all rushed. I was in and out in just under 2 hours. Just want to extend my gratitude to the staff of LDHC for the great care. Also, extending a huge thank you to Dr. Vance for her warmth, kindness, and compassion, as well as her flexibility regarding my unique circumstances.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Lincoln Digestive Health Center (and Gastroenterology Specialties). Recently, I received two separate invoices for what was essentially one appointment and one service. It was perplexing to see similar services split between two seemingly different companies, resulting in double billing (the numbers are identical). What's more concerning is the failure to provide the annual free colonoscopy promised and the unethical practice of billing my insurance for split services. The most shocking part was the contradictory information provided by the staff regarding the billing situation. Initially, I was offered a low monthly payment plan, only to be informed later that it was for one company. Subsequently, the second bill was sent to collections without any meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. It's evident that Lincoln Digestive Health Center and Gastroenterology Specialties are closely affiliated, yet the staff insisted they were separate entities. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply troubling and casts doubt on the integrity of their business practices.

Wow! Dr Coen and all the nurses made this such an easy process. Each one of the nurses and staff were amazing. I would highly recommend Dr Coen , this facility and the entire team of nurses. Thank you to all of you.

Outstanding care. First time for colonoscopy. I was nervous. The staff made it so easy. Mary, Julie, Jen and others were awesome. IV put in was simple..thanks Mary. Even the manager came in after to see how I was. Dr. Roat is awesome. He is kind, caring and made you at ease. Talked about life which kept mind off of it. Anesthesia was amazing CRNA Bob did a fantastic job. I was in by 8 am for procedure at 850. I was done and walking out by 930. So efficient and top notch care.
