11/10 experience. Friendly and hyper competent staff in all roles. Told me what I needed to know, took me where I needed to go, confirmed I understood and had everything I needed. I was waiting for a family member who was their actual patient, and they treated me with outstanding care. The facility is sparkling clean and well designed. There’s a great snack bar, too, with good coffee choices, including decaf, and a variety of comforting snacks and more healthy options. It’s a joy to see people who clearly know what they’re doing and clearly care about doing it well.

Post op care is nonexistent. They can’t wait to get you out of there to open up the bed for the next patient. As soon as I was opening my eyes (barely awake), they were getting me dressed and handed me a folder with generic information. I was not given any instructions on how to care for my incision after the wrap could be removed. Very disappointing experience. Props to the anesthesiologist who was the only one in the OR that checked on me after surgery. The intake nurse was also great.

My son recently had surgery on his eyes at the surgery center. We had a great experience! The reception staff were so welcoming, the nursing team made extra effort to connect with him personally, even talking about their pokemon collection! The facility was well maintained and very updated and comfortable. Great experience overall!

I had my gallbladder removed here about 2 weeks ago and the care I received was incredible! This was my first surgery and I was super nervous but every single doctor or nurse I saw was so incredibly kind and helpful. I felt so taken care of from the very beginning when I walked in to the second I left after my surgery. They eased my nerves and took great care of me, even calling me multiple times afterwards to make sure I was doing okay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
