They over book clients so if you arrive on time for your appointment you will wait over an hour in their waiting room. Upon inquiring regarding our appointment time to see if it was later than we expected we were told that the procedure was to begin 1 1/2 hrs later than our scheduled appointment time. When you have to travel nearly 2 hrs to get here an informative phone call would have been nice!
