Why is it every single time you call to speak to anyone, the women who work at the front desk go out of their way to be as rude as possible? Is customer service dead? When people call to make appointments or access records it would be nice to be met with someone who doesn’t have a terrible attitude. Every time I have called it’s like I am an inconvenience to the receptionist. We have been seen there and the Dr.s and nurses are great. But the customer service is enough for us to book procedures and see staff elsewhere. Caitlyn was the last person to take my call and she no doubt wanted no part in helping me or being kind. People remember the way you make them feel!

I have had multiple surgeries here. Drs and nurses are very caring and attentive. I wouldn't choose anywhere else.

The doctors and staff are amazing. The place is super clean, inviting, and well lit. Here's the issue: My wife had a hysterectomy there. They refuse to give any pain medication. She's writhing in pain, crying out, and just has to deal with it. Go somewhere where the administration allows doctors to relieve this kind of pain. Not here. They should be ashamed of themselves, letting people be in such extreme pain like this. What do we do, resort to street drugs to help her?! Local doctor won't help because she's under the care of another doctor. This is ridiculous.
