I placed my trust in Dr. LaRose and his team for my surgery, hoping for a standard of care that recognizes the inherent vulnerability of patients. When someone prepares for surgery, they are often filled with anxiety and seek reassurance, respect, and kindness. Unfortunately, my experience was a far cry from this expectation, and I was left feeling dehumanized and disregarded. From the very beginning, the prep team treated me as if I were merely an object, devoid of any human qualities or feelings. Their indifference was palpable, and it became painfully clear that my well-being was not their priority. The anesthesiologist was particularly distressing in his approach. He was cold, distant, and entirely uncommunicative. Not once did he explain that the anesthesia would cause pain. When I began screaming from the unexpected agony, his response was to simply place the gas mask over my face, silencing my cries without offering a word of comfort. In that moment of intense fear and pain, I desperately sought reassurance from those around me. I screamed, I yelled, I clutched my arm, and I asked what was happening. Yet, no one responded. Not a single person on the team acknowledged my distress or attempted to calm me down. Their silence was deafening and spoke volumes about how little they cared for my suffering. I felt utterly abandoned and invisible, treated as if I did not matter, as if I were not a living, breathing human being with emotions and rights. This experience was not just a lapse in medical care; it was a profound violation of my dignity and patient rights. The lack of compassion and communication left me deeply traumatized, and I am haunted by the memory of being treated so unfairly during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. I urge others to be cautious and to demand full transparency from their healthcare providers. No one should have to go through the anguish and violation of rights that I have experienced. My story serves as a stark reminder of the importance of patient rights and the critical need for compassionate and ethical medical care.

I had a minor procedure done at the ASC and the entire experience from check in to post-op care was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They were efficient, kept me informed and comfortable, and were beyond caring.

Second to none! From the front office to the post, 100% top notch! I will say the only horrible thing about this facility is the “LEAD” nurse in the back!! She definitely needs to find a job she enjoys!! Or maybe start leading by example! She’s rude and extremely unprofessional! As for the entire rest of this crew, you’re in amazing hands! 🙏🏼

I had my first ever surgery here in July of this year, and despite this year's changes with everything due to Covid-19, my experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the front desk to the nursing staff, and even the anesthesiologist, I was put at ease and was absolutely grateful for the positive experience and care. I am so grateful to Dr. Ichtertz and the entire crew at Advanced Surgery Ctr.!

I just want to say thank you to all the staff. Very pleasant, professional and kind, not just to me but to each other. Nicola, Lindsey and Amy were my nurses. I felt like they focused on me when they were attending me not each other. Big shout out as well to the front office she was very kind and professional. The Anastasia guy was very comforting and explained everything to me before hand. ( I wish I could remember his name). Lastly I’d like to thank Dr.Meinhold. So thankful for your straightforwardly approach and bedside manner.
