I had a total hip replacement in August of 2025 and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and care - from the front desk to discharge. The preop nurse (Louise) was an absolute saint and I am glad we crossed paths. The billing department could use some work though.

Great facility and staff. The best part was when I first walked in, I went to the check-in desk where Anna, who helped me, handled the intake paperwork and immediately made me feel comfortable with being there. Having surgery is always a little nerve racking and when someone like Anna naturally, and probably without knowing, is able to put you at ease, it really helped me through the whole process! Props to my pre-op & post-op nurses as well. Overall a great experience, given the reason I was there.

The facility and medical professionals were great. However, the billing department is ridiculous. I was told I had to pay a large amount immediately before my surgery, which I was suspicious of since I knew I had met my deductible. I found out later they had incorrectly billed my procedure, and I have been unable to recover any of the funds, I prepaid. It seems very suspicious. I have made multiple calls to try to have this straightened out with no results.

my sister and i had procedures done here. i was here twice and the experience was so nice! i really liked how caring the staff was with the fact that there was a language barrier with my family. they were patient and provided information in the easiest way. they made sure to give updates so nobody had to worry :.)

I have spent several days trying to figure out my out-of-pocket costs for my upcoming surgery here. I keep being given third party billing numbers for non-English speakers to stumble through telling me they have no idea what I'm talking about, and now this place is giving me a Sleep Study clinic number for anesthesia billing quotes (can't make that up). And then when I call and say "hey I still can't get this figured out", their "front office coordinator" "Trish Crowe" started interrupting me and yelling at me the phone. One vote of NO CONFIDENCE for this place.
