I didn’t like the treatment I received from Michael Kerns and would choose to go somewhere else next time.
Would give zero stars if possible. Dr. Kate a. Kollars is absolutely unprofessional. Dr. Kollars was angry/rude/upset at my spouse for rescheduling an appointment due to a debilitating chronic illness keeping her in bed, so Dr. Kollars decided to punish my wife by refusing to refill the medications my wife takes that are the only thing helping her chronic illness symptoms. She was clearly angry at my wife during the appointment, this was not being done for medical reasons. Her behavior was unacceptable.
Normally I don’t write reviews but felt like I should. I went to the imaging center for an ultrasound and from the moment I was called up to check in, the lady (short blonde-ish hair with glasses) was incredibly rude. She huffed and puffed the whole time she was entering my insurance information and practically threw the consent form at me during. I felt horrible because I never want to make someone’s job harder but I also know this was uncalled for. She made me very uncomfortable while standing there during the check in process. The whole waiting room was kind of in shock and silent which makes me wonder if this was others experiences prior to my arrival. I also work in healthcare with providers and understand the environment and frustrations that may come along with it, but your patients should never see that. On a positive note- Amy who did my ultrasound was awesome. Made me super comfortable and you could tell she is good at what she does. Even though it was a quick in and out appointment, she made me feel better.
This office sent a message to confirm my appt.7 days before my appt. The DR moved the practice. When I get there I was told I was called. I was not. I am not a liar. Very rude office personnel
I saw S.Watne which is Dr. Franklin's assistant. He is out of town so I thought why not? She has a medical degree. That was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I went in because I thought I had pink eye and I told her I was allergic to all topical antibiotics. I unfortunately Open the package and I smeared all this ointment all over my eyes and I thought this was weird. Did not be able to see. Then I discovered you prescribed a topical antibiotic. What is wrong with her? I should have wondered why my vision was so blurry. Then I discovered she prescribed a topical antibiotic after I specifically, I could not use that. I will never see her her again and I don't know if I'll go back to that office ever again.
