If you care about your patient rights - be sure to read the Patient Rights and Responsibilities, they will not honor your advance directives. If you want to questions the staff, they will get irritated with you and give you attitude. That is where it started. Then on day of surgery, about 20 minutes before surgery they tell you they had a leak in the oxygen overnight and the facility had no oxygen and they had to wait until their supplier opened up. This delayed the surgery for 2 1/2 hours. I asked one of the nurses(didn't get her name) and got attitude. I made certain things clear, MULITPLE TIMES, for Post-OP to make my recovery smooth and that didn't happen either, which made my recovery a little rough, which wasn't necessary. The only reason I didn't give them 1 stars is MOST of the nursing staff was AWESOME, but overall I would not return to facility ever again for anything. I do regret getting my procedure done here, but for scheduling reasons this is the only time for the rest of the year that it fit my schedule. Jess was great and did everything she could to keep me informed and comfortable, if you do decide to have something done here, you can't go wrong if you get Jess as your nurse, she is great. Thank you Jess!!!

Wonderful care, excellent nurses who go the extra mile to prepare you for taking care of yourself at home! Perfect anesthesia care without anesthesia side effects I always seem to get at hospitals. I am a RN, and would recommend this facility to anyone.

Don't have any procedures done here. They will bill your insurance company for a surgical procedure you didn't have and be very rude and blame your insurance company. You will get stuck with the bill because they refuse to code it correctly
