Very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of transparency. I had a procedure scheduled and struggled to get any information despite calling multiple times. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told I would need to pay the full cost upfront because they did not want to wait for insurance processing. This was never communicated beforehand, and being told this on the day of the procedure was extremely frustrating. Overall, the lack of communication and unexpected financial requirement made it feel like patient care was not a priority. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I had appointment with Dr. Judson Davis last month (July 2025), my first time seeking medical care from his associated Urology Center. He was very caring and attentive. However, I had a terrible experience with the service I received at the 90th Street location, with regards to a blood draw for a PSA test that Dr. Davis ordered and the related charges. First, the male nurse who drew blood from me did not wear medical gloves when he did it, which I thought was unprofessional! Unsurprisingly, something went wrong with the processing of that blood specimen. As a result I got called to return the next day for another blood draw for the same test- the female nurse who drew blood this particular day was great. Second, a month later I have a received a bill that requires me to unfairly make co-pays for two office visits, one for the collection of the blood specimen, which was botched during the processing or something, and for the second office visit for a repeat blood draw. Third, I called to seek out an explanation for why I am making a copay for a second visit, which was necessitated by their mistake during the first office visit and the billing staff I spoke with was not only helpful but also rude-after back and forth, she asked me to seek out an explanation from my health insurance. Given this experience, I am not sure I will be seeking out care from this provider in the future!

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I was there for about 2.5 hrs of testing. My nurse that I had from start to finish was Kylie. She was Awesome, she explained everything that she was going to do step by step. Dr. Dwyer was also Awesome, she very caring, gentle and had compassion. She answered all my question (I thought of more after I left). She also told me what to expect after my procedure.
