I insist on writing a harsh critique of the Coronado surgical center for their blatant disregard of my post-anesthesia condition. Despite informing my surgeon in advance, she displayed no concern and dismissed it. Upon regaining consciousness, there was no one present to offer support. Instead, I was repeatedly instructed to remain quiet and threatened with expulsion. This is precisely what occurred, and I have no memory of how I returned home. The lack of empathy and care only exacerbated my distress, impeding my recovery. It is unacceptable to receive such treatment following a medical procedure. I will never return to this facility, and if you are considering surgery, avoid the one in Henderson at Coronado. They are incompetent and seem to enjoy expelling and chastising patients. Put it this way, I was equally upset about how disrespectfully I was treated and the pain I was enduring from a 3 1/2-hour surgery. In conclusion, it was the worst experience I've had (so far) in my entire life of surgeries.

Had a lovely experience here. From the front desk, nurses, anesthesiologist, and peeps in the back were all very helpful and kind. It helped calm my nerves and made me feel very comfortable for my surgery. Thanks Kim and Anne? :-) and everyone else here. It was really cool that y’all played the strokes and had great attitudes. A refreshing experience.
