Was supposed to get an angiogram but the morning of the procedure, a machine broke down and all the procedures had to be cancelled. I was #4 in line, and I did change into a gown before I got the IV's, which is OK. But I was told that they would reschedule and contact me. I said good, you have my phone number. So I waited for a few weeks and no phone call. So I will call them after the first of the year but very dissatisfied with what I was told and no forth coming schedule. Means I have no symptoms, I feel good enough to wait till after the holidays but not happy with what I was told.

This place deserves nothing but a 5 star rating! The staff and the nurses were very kind. They give you the ultimate care there. They want nothing but you to be comfortable, content and happy. I ended up being super early and they still got me in and comfortable and my surgery was on time. Thanks again Seven Hills for taking care of me!

People, call their business prior to your appointment & make sure you are on their schedule. My appointment was for this morning 9/12/20. I got a confirmation dated back on 8/25/20 to prove it. When I arrived at 6:55 this morning, Seven Hills initially stated they didn’t receive my doctor’s orders. Then said, “You canceled on 8/28.” Unbelievable. I would NOT have prepped for a colonoscopy the last 36 hours to cancel my own appointment. Your scheduling department messed up- acknowledge that & own it. Don’t blame me for your incompetence. It was such a waste of my time. I won’t go back.

We have a great team and patient care is important to us. We are here to support the patient and even attend to family members that wait for there loved one to come out of surgery. We try our best to make everyone comfortable, make the check in process stress free. Our nurses are great they work very hard and all have compassionate hearts. This place was great from the beginning and I wanted to take the time to review because I feel like it's rating is far too low. Everyone I talked to was kind and great. Checking in was quick and the receptionist was so kind and funny. I waited maybe 10 minutes before the nurse (Janice) called me back. She was AMAZING! The nurses that helped me after waking up we're also so sweet (I'm groggy but definitely remember the kindness) Cassie was a doll! Thank you everyone here for making this experience the best it could be
