A complete and total disaster this place is. If you have a 10am appointment expect to be seen by the doctor at 1pm. Everything will take hours longer than you are told even for very simple procedures.

Been a patient several times , great caring staff. Yes, there is a waiting period . Staff is great to explain reason behind our arrival times the day before surgery. They advise to clear your day of plans to take it easy in general. Waiting period can be long in the center however , I wouldn’t want to rush the provider who will be working on my back. Things can happen. Everyone from the front to the very end is very caring and generous.

1pm appointment. Was told it shouldn't take more than two hours. Not leaving until after 6pm. Even more irritating is the inconvenience for my ride. Reading other reviews, it sounds like my experience wasn't even that bad. Still worthy of just 1 star though.

Very nice environment, everyone was very welcoming. Everyone explained every process in detail step by step made my experience more comfortable as i was already nervous to undergo a procedure. Staff kept checking in on me as there was a small waiting period which was also explained to me. The girls who contacted me for my confirmation calls gave detailed explanation of what to expect the day of my procedure.

Arrived on time. Was told the procedure would be two hours from admission to departure. Taken to a room and prepped immediately. Had my watch, glasses, and phone taken. After one hour I asked the time, where I was in the queue, and if the staff would call my wife to let her know I wouldn’t be done in two hours. I was told the time, that there were three people ahead of me, that they would notify my wife, and that they would not provide any reading material and there was no TV. I waited another 54 minutes before I was taken to a chair outside the OR. After they OR was cleaned I walked in and the procedure was completed and I awoke in recovery. I dressed and was wheeled to the parking lot. If the fault was with the surgical center or the doctor, I do not know. Thirty hours later I haven’t been contacted by either. Disappointing!
