Wow, was this a clean office!! Even my husband commented that every corner of this facility is spotless. The lights are bright and clear for the doctors and nurses to see. The bedding is comfortable. Restrooms are spacious and well-cared for. The amazing staff is so kind, communicative, and concerned about my well-being. I had a nodule removed on my right foot/heel by Dr. Kuruvilla, and he did an outstanding job! He was able to burn the 3 roots because this was growing like a weed in my foot!! Yikes. I'm glad I was able to see him and get this done, and the office was patient with my scheduling needs because I needed clearance by my primary care doctor, which took a few months due to the holidays. And then I had other scheduling conflicts. I can see how important it is to get these types of procedures done quickly because my nodule had grown since the original diagnosis with Dr. K. I felt good after surgery and am home healing for the next couple of weeks. After surgery, they gave me a strong foot boot to wear and a brand new walker that they unwrapped for me. I felt so safe with all my extras, and they knew the right sizes and made sure everything fit. ❤️

I had surgery about a week ago, which was only my second surgery ever - but my second time having this same procedure. The first was with another surgeon and facility so I feel that I have a true apples to apples comparison. Dr. K has great bedside manner and cares about his patients and their families. His medical assistant Bre and even the overnight operator are all very concerned with timelines and patient matters. We tried all of the non-invasive methods first and decided ultimately surgery would be the best course of action. We needed to fix some issues and correct the original procedure. The staff at the surgical center are lovely, they treat everyone like VIPs. The admittance team was very friendly and thorough, everyone is transparent regarding what your expected bill will amount to. My intake nurse Liz noticed I have small veins and took care to use a smaller IV needle - the first time I had swelling and bruising on my hand for weeks. They even took the time to call me the following day to ensure I was comfortable. I also liked how they ask what your pain tolerance level is before they even let you go home from the hospital. They provide you with a nurses line you can call with any medical questions or concerns. Overall, I am very satisfied with the surgery center/the clinic as well as the physical therapy office - regrettably I have needed to experience all three.

Apologies to the team (Michael, Nicole, Shawna & Naomi) for taking too long to write this review. Team you were magnificent! Good thing I had this programmed on my iPhone under "reminders" to write a review. You'll never meet a team who is as energetic, and fun-going as this group. They are very methodical, yet fun while going through their process. They are attentive, kind and they just make the whole "nerve-racking", stressful experience of going under for surgery a better one. You come out wondering 'is it over?', 'we did that already..?'. It just make ya feel silly that you were ever stressed about it at all. I literally laughed at myself post op, because it really was not that serious as I was being rolled out of the operating room and they still had the same energy they did went I went in and under. I just can't think of a better team of people to have around you when you're preparing for surgery. S/O to the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Surgery team. You're so solid, I'm trying to find a rock that's harder. :) Stay awesome guys!!!

My mother had surgery on her foot here, outpatient. Staff is unbelievably friendly and very caring. Waiting room has plenty of space for wheelchairs and a great tv with remote for streaming. Thanks to all for taking great care of my mother. 5 star rating for a 5 star facility and staff
