Good service at their practice and their billing center. Very professional.

Very nice place and the process was on point. Alexa was really nice and answered all my questions before my endoscopy.

This facility is very clean and professional. They took good care and helped with nausea before going under. They lost a star for mix communication that the driver could actually leave (during this time of the cOVID-19 omicron variant). The written instructions were that they had to remain in the parking lot. It was a 3 hour ordeal to get a colonoscopy done since the appointment was at 11:00 am and we drove away at 2:00 pm. So make sure you ASK THE FACILITY upon drop off!

I had an EGD & Colonoscopy performed 9/2020 and it was a much better experience than I had anticipated! Of course I was nervous, but from the moment I entered the building, every single person with whom I came into contact was so pleasant, helpful, and professional. Everyone put me at ease, and of course I trusted Dr. Kwok completely. The pre- and post-procedures were handled really great, and the procedure itself was easy. I was made to feel completely comfortable and Dr. Kwok talked to me before I was put into twilight. I don't remember a thing during the procedures, which was a blessing. I have no negative comments whatsoever. You will be treated as an individual and with respect.

The process from start to finish was streamlined and professional. All of the employees were very kind and gave clear instructions. Dr. Burnette was on point. Also, big thank you to Dr. Warren for perfectly and patiently administering my anesthesia, something I am always anxious about.
