Dr. Goll did an amazing job, I recently had a sinus procedure, and from start to finish I was well informed on all the details. Dr. Ashley Sikand was absolutely terrific! I had been waiting for almost two years for this moment. Went to several doctors and none of them had the CT scan machine. I was always left to deal with steinbergs horrible scheduling and service to get a scan completed. Dr. Ashley's office did it in 45 seconds in office and then went over it with me. Just amazing. They were able to schedule me for surgery almost immediately within 30 days. Of course so nervous and worried. Absolutely amazing job from top to bottom. The staff from the time I walked in and the nurse who took care of me. The absolute amazing job performed by Dr. Sikand and his group during surgery. Post op was terrific as well and the nurse was awesome. Doctor Sikand and the entire staff at the surgery center. Thank you so much for everything.

After having some issues at UNLV ENT, we decided to get a second opinion and are we glad we found these guys. Our 2 year old needed tubes, and from the office visit to the actual surgery, everyone was incredible. Huge shout out to all of the nurses, staff, and Dr. Yu at the surgery center. Everything was explained thoroughly and all of my questions were answered. Everyone there was awesome with my son and he wasn't ever afraid or anxious. Can't be understated how incredibly helpful that is as a nervous and anxious parent. Can't say enough about everyone's bed side manner and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone with pediatric needs.

My experience as a whole with ENT and Dr. Schroeder was terrible. From the beginning to the end. The staff did a terrible job scheduling me. Day of surgery the two staff checking me in were very rude, because I did not have the paperwork filled out on their app. I was told I could arrive 15min early to complete the questionnaire in office. Then my 10am fasted surgery didn't start until 2pm where they just had me sit and wait. After surgery I don't remember much, but my first post op 3 days later on friday, Dr. Schroeder removed my stints and left me in the room while I took a moment from the pain. A while went by, and I could hear his assistant pass me off to some girl that had no idea what was going on. So she came in and said great job, handed me a paper and told me to go. I got no instruction for after care or anything. I was then told by 4 different staff that my pain prescription would be fixed. It wasn't. So now it's Saturday and they can't help me. When I called an atrocious woman named Agnes answered and was so rude she was yelling at me over the phone telling me how she wasn't going to help me. 0 out of 5 stars. I hope no one has to deal with this level of incompetence.
