The staff at Elite are fantastic They're extremely friendly, yet professional. Dr. Ismail great doctor. Also friendly and professional. He explains everything in detail in a way that you understand. He listens to, answers questions in detail .

They do not return phone calls or answer there phone. My husband was put in a room FREEZING for at least an hour and had nobody check on him. They do not listen. On top of freezing him they took his contacts. Agaian he is legally blind but they don’t care. The nurse was extremely RUDE and would not listen, wish I had got her name. I would love to report this person. If your nervous about this about having this done they just add more to your anxiety. After the way he was treated I will never go through them. The one nurse is awfully mean! T

Dr. Ismail is excellent. He made me feel very calm and relaxed. I felt like I was in good hands. His staff was also terrific. They were there to to ensure my comfort and answer all my questions.

My visit was great, I was in and out of my procedure in less time than I thought. The staff was friendly and the Doctor was very professional. He let me know what was going to happen and described to me his findings after the procedure. Thank you to the staff!
