All care providers were great. The scheduling and wait time were not. I was supposed to arrive at 1 for a 2 appt. I was called at 12;45 asking if I was still coming for my 1 appt. I explained that it was at 2 but rushed over for 1. I went into the OR at 4
Red Rock Surgery Center was above and beyond my expectations . I am so glad that I refused to return Sahara Surgery Center . Kelly so so kind and very personable , she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Garcia was a true pro and did exceptional work . I would not hesitate to recommend friends and neighbor’s . I live in a 55+ community and will definitely spread the word that this is the place to go. Thank-you all again so much . 🙏
“I had an excellent experience at this General Surgery Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, attentive, and compassionate. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-organized, which gave me peace of mind. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received here. Highly recommend this center to anyone seeking top-quality medical care
Had to switch Pain mgmt once my Dr's office left town. Was initially hesitant in the switch, but the opportunities to use different modules in treatment, office etc makes it better. I love that Dr. Sherif Haraway is no nonsense in getting you in , out and done while still maintaining professionalism, patience n support from his staff. Thank you to preop, post op staff always able to answer your questions, not like some places where they have to go get the answer for you. And they're rapport wit " Frequent Flyers" as us Chronic pain injections are called is JUST AMAZING. Nonjudgmental, knowledge but most importantly kind. Sorry I text like I talk 4EVER.
Everyone was very nice. My experience started with the receptionist who I had to call to say I was going to be late due to a car accident on 215 and the traffic was moving slowly. She informed me that she will let the nurse know. I arrived just 7 minutes late. She said the nurse will come and get you shortly. Sammy who is the RN came out and got me and informed me to put on a gown etc and helped me tie it in the back. She took me to the pre op area asking me questions, etc. She was extremely pleasant making sure I was comfortable and informing me to let her know if I needed anything. Maria was the medical assistant who was in charge of my vitals, hooking me up, putting the catheter in my vein. Did not hurt at all. She was very pleasant as well. Dr Blanco came in to talk to talk to me prior to the surgery. She was extremely pleasant letting me know the surgery should be about 40 minutes or less. Dr Subin who is the anathesiologist came in to talk to me. Very nice man. Gabi the OR nurse also came in to talk to me. Soon after that she walked me into the OR. Dr Blanco came in and instead of me lying on my stomach she with the others help had me lie on my side and put pillows between my legs making sure I was comfortable. Before I knew it, I was in the recovery room and Scott was the recovery room RN. He was extremely nice to me making sure I didn't get up by myself because I may get dizzy. He offered me juice, crackers but I declined saying that once I got home my husband would make soup and pasta. He called my husband and told him I did well and I was soon ready to go home. My husband came in, was given the discharge paper with the after care sheet to follow. Scott got me in the wheel chair and helped me to the car and offered us a hard candy which we gladly took. All in all, great staff. A big thank you to all who made my first ever surgery a very pleasant experience.
