Im so comfortable with Southwest medical. The CNAs and staff are Awesome, they actually care about my condition and comfort. The Drs are Amazing, they listen and help find ways to keep me comfortable and work with me to help my condition, the offices are clean and rheres not a lot of waiting to be seen. I highly recommend them.

Nicole Zieba, NP, is a horrible provider with no sensitivity. I had scheduled an appointment with my primary and at my appointment time, my appointment was canceled by the office due to my primary not being there. I had to call the main number to find that much out because I was on the app trying to no avail to get into the virtual waiting room. Once I call the main number and was informed my appointment had been canceled and the reason, they offered me an appointment with Nicole Zieba which I accepted. During my appointment it was obvious she hadn’t looked at my chart prior to signing on. She may very well had been busy and had no chance to review my chart. As my appointment proceeded and I was explaining the reason for my visit, she cut me off and said,” well I can’t put a gun to their heads and make them see you.” That her professional response to a patient when I was telling her of my difficulties getting a virtual appointment with a specialist. My response was,” you’re being very insensitive and that’s completely inappropriate “. She followed by saying,” well I can’t “. People seeking medical attention because their going through something and her entire demeanor said she couldn’t care any less. She may be different and may have been having a bad day. I was seeking help for an ongoing medical condition. If she’s not fit to do her job, she has no business seeing patients. Patients deserve better.

I take my mother to see Moayad Ribhi Ismail, MD. Dr. Ismail has been one of the best Dr.'s I have ever seen. My mom sees Dr. Ismail for her dementia. She always feels very comfortable going to see him and he takes plenty of time to make us all feel very comfortable. Dr. Ismail not only takes great care of my mom but he makes sure I know how to take care of my mom, with dementia and he makes sure I am doing okay with everything. Truly grateful for the professionalism and kind, care we always receive from Dr. Ismail.

Great Facility, the Check in is easy to do. The Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ontinillas, my Dr. for many years, is Amazing and always up to date on my health and my medical file and is very caring and easy to talk to. I have been treated very nicely every time I go to SWM on Tenaya. I have been going to the Tenaya location for many years and l have never had any problems. 😊🧑‍⚕️👍

All their staff are very accomodating and I never had a problem with requesting an appointment or sending any message to my primary care doctor. They always remind me of exams or appointments scheduled. I’ve been with this care provider for more than 3 years since I moved to Las Vegas from LA and I’ve been very satisfied and happy with them. Highly recommended.
