COLD, INATTENTIVE HORRIBLE PLACE Worst medical experience I’ve EVER HAD. The doctor (NOT Dr Maduka) who did not even properly introduce himself was rude from the beginning to his own nurses, this should have told me that he would do the same to me, I requested a SEDATION for my procedure which is a neck epidural injection, I was barely given any sedation and was rushed thru my procedure even though I was having a full blown anxiety attack during the procedure which I was COMPLETELY AWAKE for, he was extremely rude and when I voiced my concerns afterwards I was dismissed, I will never get another procedure here again, I doubt they care because he did not care about his own patient in distress or his own colleagues DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

we waited 2 hours to be called into the back and that’s an extremely long time when you have a starving 5 year old! I did not like how the front office lady acted towards me when I went to see if everything was ok. After that we had a great experience though the nurse that helped us was a doll I forgot her name. Then we spoke with Dr Lopez he was the anesthesiologists, he tried to make my son feel comfortable before they went back then we had our dentist there Dr Vert he’s amazing!! I would have given them a 5 star if I didn’t wait 2 hours in the lobby overall I was happy I took my son there!

I have requested medical records multiple times via fax and certified mail. There is not one person in the office who will return phone calls or confirm receipt of the request over the phone. Their office staff are incompetent and rude.

This place is amazing. The doctors are all friendly and compassionate. It's nice to not have to go to a different place for Physical Therapy and procedures since they offer it all.
