I absolutely adored every single person in the operating room. They were SO nice, SO funny, SO personable, and so so comforting. I will never forget them.

I was scheduled for surgery at 1030am only to get a call not even 24 hours the day before and was told that my appointment HAD to be moved up to 830 do to some cancellations and if I did not accept I would have to reschedule because it was all they had meanwhile I scheduled weeks ago. So I show up at 820am I’m told there’s one person ahead of me at 9am and that it would take about 45 min they should get to me soon. Next thing I Know it’s 1010am and a different doctors tells me there’s on person ahead of me it should be about 45 min until they see me so I ask why was I called to come in with such urgency the day prior only to be told that the person that cancelled called back last min to un-cancel. What a waste of my time very much unsatisfied

This was one of the most positive surgery experiences I’ve had thus far. The staff is friendly and funny. The pro-op RN was hilarious, and the post-op RN was so sweet! I really felt safe and that the right education was given to me. And they let a family member go back with you before and after surgery!!

From pre-op to post-op, customer service is great 👍🏼 👍🏼 Online patient portal available for registration. Courtesy charging station at the waiting room. Due to Covid, your ride will be contacted when it is time for pick up. The RNs are great, they go through all the information with you and ensure you are comfortable and at ease.

Staff was nice, easy check-in, place was clean, no issues. My advice would be to try to get the earliest check-in time possible. They open at 6 a.m. I would also call ahead of time to make sure your pre-registration is taken care of and to make sure everything is in order. Waiting room is chilly so you might want to bring something if you tend to get cold. And there is Wifi! There are a few magazines to read and the have a small tv playing the Discovery channel or something like that.
