I had a procedure performed yesterday at the Quail Surgical facility and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the pre-op nurses to the Doctor, anesthesiologist, op nurses, NALU rep, and recovery nurses, they were ALL kind, competent, and provided EXCELLENT customer care! And the facility was clean, comfortable, and set up well. I thoroughly recommend the Quail facility for surgical procedures! A special shout out to Maria, who was the BEST pre-op nurse ever!

I had outpatient surgery here yesterday and was treated with utmost respect and compassion. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions and concerns were addressed. While having surgery isn't my idea of a fun day, they made the experience less stressful. The staff I dealt with were really great people. I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone.

There was one nurse that was incompetent, condescending, dishonest, and rude.. she should have been fired on the spot! The anesthesiologist came across arrogant and rude to begin with. unfortunately for these reasons, I would not recommend this place and hope that no one else ever has that experience.

I’ve never had surgery before that I could remember in my 36 years. I had my first surgery yesterday. From the check in, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist to the surgeon, everyone was very kind and very patient answering my entire list of questions… I had a very long list. I also do not like getting needles/IVs put into me. My husband was allowed to come back to calm me down for the IV which made that process for the IV lady so much easier. I had a lot of concerns about anesthesia as I had never been under before either. The anesthesiologist came in and answered all of my questions and concerns, and in all his 27 years of experience he has never ran into what I was concerned about. Which was helpful. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but unfortunately I do not, but I do remember Karen and Jordan and Dr. Sasee… but everyone there is absolutely fantastic and very caring and compassionate. I would recommend this place to anyone needing surgery.

I can’t express how awesome my experience was with Quail Surgical and Pain Managment. Everyone there is so nice. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I got there to the moment I left. The nurses and staff are very understanding and so helpful. If I have a choose to pick a surgery center, it would be Quail Surgical and Pain every time.
