Good experience. Friendly staff. Competent. Professional. And the cataract surgery was a breeze. They could turn the heat up a little bit though.
Every time we come here for our scheduled appointment there is always a long wait. Very first time, we were in the office for almost 3 hrs. Even if we arrive on time or before time. The minimum wait time to be called back is 45-50 mins. Beth at the front desk is super rude, she’s not inviting or welcoming, definitely not sincere and always has an attitude in her tone. Even when it’s the center’s fault for the long wait she doesn’t apologize and in fact she gets annoyed if we ask when we will be called back (after waiting for 45 mins). After we get called back then the male nurse (nobody wears name tag here so don’t know his name) informed us that the doctor is in a different building and he will get here as soon as he can. As soon as I began to speak he interrupted me and kept repeating “I understand” adamantly. When I eventually got a word in, I said we made an appointment and arrived on time shouldn’t the doctors be aware of the schedule? He repeated again ,”I understand.” Then I said, okay well I guess we have no option at this point but to wait for an unknown amount of time and you’re being defensive every time I even try to speak, leaving us with no option. Cataract surgery didn’t fix vision, shadows on the side of both eyes, after 4 months still going through appointments after appointments with no result and Dr. Manning & Dr. Chung cannot figure out what the issue is. Anyways, service here is terrible. We will try to find another doctor soon.
They have no integrity. They completely messed up surgery and when they did it over I was blind for five weeks couldn’t work cook or anything normal. Told me I would not receive any bills from them then four months after last surgery they billed me for over five hundred dollars. Every time I take a shower my eyes are blood red for an hour and it has been five months since last surgery. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
