I brought my mother to CEC for a routine colonoscopy. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, yet personalized attention that was provided for my mother. Tracy, Sandy, and Jacque, were so caring toward my mother. My mother has some cognitive challenges, and she struggles with anxiety. The team at CEC made her feel comfortable, and kept me well informed of the whole process. I am not looking forward to when I will need to get a colonoscopy, but I sure hope that when I do, I am treated with the same respect, and kindness that was shown to my mother. Thank you, Tracy, Sandy, & Jacque!

I vividly remember being aware mid procedure, in pain, and begging them to stop. They completed the procedure, with no notes to that affect. I have since exceeded the recommended time until next screening. I discussed my documented anesthesia resistance with them prior to the procedure. This happened anyway. Avoid this facility at all costs. This provider is not competent, and wilfully violates patient consent for the sake of provider convenience.

Everyone knows that having a Colonoscopy is an uncomfortable procedure and not something you look forward to. However, I can't say enough good and positive things about the staff at Concord Endoscopy Center! Dr. Thompson was great and had a personality to match, and from the check in with Tasha, guidance through the Prep and Procedure with Shelly, to the Recovery Nurse Lisa, everyone was professional and caring, helping you through what would normally be considered an unpleasant experience. Keep up the great work!

I found the Perfect Office! No one actually enjoys what happens at an Endoscopy Office, but Concord Endoscopy has been absolutely wonderful to me! I received weekly calls during my treatment to see how I was doing. They were respectful of my privacy, they listened to my complaints and they always made me feel like they cared. Even after my treatment they have called to make sure I continued to do well. I Love Dr. Gilbert and his caring staff!
