My experience was unfortunate. I entered for my first appointment and said hello , gave my name to the receptionist who couldn't be bothered to say hi and literally said "insurance card and ID". The doctor was ok-not rushed. I filled out a release of medical records and then called 2 weeks later to inquire if they were received. At least two more weeks have passed. My spine and I will be seeking alternative care

Having lower back issues for over a year I contacted Pain Solutions recommended to me by my primary doctor Janet Berger at SMH. I met with Tara at their office and after reviewing my MRI she suggested a Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection in my L4 and L5 joint. I opted for monitored sedation as I was apprehensive of the procedure. Dr Suchdev visited with me prior to the procedure and convinced me that I would not need the sedation for future injections as his procedure is more than tolerable and painless without it. He was correct and will proceed in the future with no sedation and no worries. Tara and the entire staff was phenomenal in changing my medications and treatment during my procedure.Dr Suchdev walked me through the procedure during the injection and and as promised painless. I am now moving forward in a positive direction to restore my lifestyle to what it was.

I have been going there for about two years now. With my mystery medical condition they have actually been the only place to listen to me and not dismiss me. After going through different meds that didn’t work my other insurance giving issues about not approving meds. They always helped me and made sure I felt like I was going crazy. Love the environment when I go there. They also get me in for emergency appointments quickly.

Had an 11:45 appt. Called on my way due to traffic running 8 minutes late. When I arrived 8 minutes late they cancelled my appointment. I drive from 35 miles away....they offered nothing and had a rotten attitude. There was no one else in waiting room. Clinician wouldn't take extra time off her lunch to see me. Management in Concord was dismissive and said it was my fault . What has this world come to?
