Very disappointed. The bill was enormous. Have very little money and was told the full payment of $1300 must be received within 6 months. Pleaded to pay to allow 12-month payment plan, but was declined, and told if $1300 was not paid within 6 months the claim would go to collections. How am I going to pay my bills :( Somerset Ambulatory Surgical Center is heatless, stay away…

The staff was friendly and very hospitable. The waiting area is very comfortable. They offered snacks and coffee and to change the channel of the TV if we wanted.while may not seem alit, but when are awaiting surgery or for someone to come from surgery having polite people around you helps ease the worry somewhat. Thank you🤗

Every single person at this center, from the check-in staff to the nurses to the doctors, was top notch. The center (on the inside) is state of the art. The only reason I didn’t give this surgical center five stars is the exterior appearance. When I drove up, I was underwhelmed to say the least. It’s a bit of an outdated building. Never judge a book by its cover … the saying goes … but just sharing my first impressions. My shoulder surgery went off without a problem. The follow-up care and calls were above and beyond. I would recommend this place and its staff in a second.

Staff and nurses were amazing. Everybody was nice, caring, and down to earth while still being super professional. You felt like the only patient. They explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable even when I was nervous about my surgery. Highly recommended!
