I checked in immedialy with Stephanie she went over everything So pleasant understanding and compassionate . Lori my pre-opt nurse wast wonderfu, compationate and so understanding and really calmed my nerves as I was extremely nervous having eye surgery A valuable and wonderful asset to Wills Eye. Dr. Rabinowitz was great I highly recommend him calming, understanding and compassionate and really did a wonderful eye procedure. Great bed side .manner. Mike the nurse aneshetist was so calming,and made me so relaxed that I didn't feel a thing. Lastly, recovery nurse was Traci Went over all Post Operation procedures she was very attentive, understanding and compassionate too! Another wonderful asset to Wills Eye.. All employees mentioed above should be commended for a job well done. I would highly recommend Wills Eye Surgery Center Cherry Hill

I had cataract surgery here and couldn’t be more pleased Entire staff is excellent! Only I must mention the pre op nurse I had today her name was Lori was wonderful. She actually made getting ready for surgery enjoyable and that’s a first for me . Such a difference between who I had 3 weeks ago vs Lori There needs to be many more like her!!

Our appointment was for 6:30am. We got there a few minutes before 6am. The sign on the window says 'hours of operation' and indicates the building opens at 6am. A few minutes after 6am the building was still closed. I called. The receptionist answered and I explained several cars are outside. She said, ' we don't open until 6:30am. I said the window signage says 6am. Response: Well we don't open until 6:30. What time is your appointment? Does my appointment time have anything to do with opening a business at the time indicated in the signage? I repeated the signs says you open at 6am. The rude response again was that we don't open until 6:30 and the sign has nothing to do with it. Several cars sat outside in 21 degree temperature idling their cars to keep warm because a business that says they open at 6am opens at a later time. This employee needs simple customer service skills. She should have simply apologized and said she would let her manger know about the need to adjust signage rather than argue the advertised time of opening doesn't matter. The experience was horrible and rude at best. The doctors should consider this a very bad reflection on their business. I would never recommend this office. If the staff is this bad, and dont even open at the time they say, are the doctors any good, who hire them?

Excellent experience all around! The front desk was professional and efficiently took my info. The nurses were supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very experienced anesthesiologist who checked every detail. Dr. Cohen and the staff in the surgery room were outstanding and helped me feel less nervous about the procedure. I'm not several weeks out from the surgery and couldn't be happier about the experience.

Brought my 2 year old son today for surgery with Dr Gunton. Had an amazing experience starting from the moment we walked in the door. Front desk and all the nurses were friendly, professional and proficient. Everyone there made an extremely stressful situation very easy for us and definitely put our minds at ease. We were kept in the loop and informed consistently about our son’s care. Would highly recommend.
