Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Epidural Steroid InjectionsSteroid medication is injected near irritated spinal nerve roots to calm inflammation causing sciatica or arm pain. Often used to make physical therapy tolerable rather than as a standalone cure. There are limits on how frequently they can be repeated.Nerve Block InjectionsAnesthetic, sometimes with steroid, is injected around a specific nerve to interrupt pain signals. Used both to treat pain and to identify its source, since relief from a precisely placed block points to the nerve responsible.Radiofrequency AblationHeat generated by radio waves disables the small nerves carrying pain signals from an arthritic spinal joint. Relief commonly lasts six months to two years. Because the nerves regenerate over time, the procedure can be repeated.Spinal Cord StimulationA device delivers mild electrical pulses to the spinal cord to interrupt chronic pain signals before they reach the brain. A temporary trial period is done first, so you can judge the benefit before committing to a permanent implant.Joint InjectionsSteroid or lubricating medication is injected directly into an arthritic or inflamed joint. Image guidance is often used to confirm placement. Relief typically lasts weeks to months and can make physical therapy more productive.Trigger Point InjectionsA local anesthetic is injected into a taut, tender knot of muscle to break the spasm-and-pain cycle. The appointment takes minutes and you can usually return to normal activity the same day.

This facility exceeded our expectations! From the start to the end we felt confident of having our procedure here, they called us ahead to go over all our health history, explained everything very clear to us. One day prior they gave us directions very clear for our upcoming procedure. On surgery day, we arrived and the office clerk was very nice and profesional. Once we were ready to go back to admit us all the nurses were on point professional and caring. Jessica, Karissa and Jennifer took care of us very nicely from beginning to ending. Everything was cleaned, organized and made our pre and recovery very comfortable, the operating room and staff and anesthesiologis were super profesional, on point and very nice and of course our Doctor was the best. Dr. GREGORY LANE. thank you all for taking such good care of my husband and I at your facility. We highly recommend this surgery center. Valdes Family.

Apart from the very nice girls at the front desk, everyone that actually handles the procedures at this facility is extremely unprofessional and imcompetent with their “job”. They cant even do their one job correctly. Someone called my dad a week before the procedure to go over his medical history, but he was never asked about any chest pain until right before his procedure. According to them they needed a clearance from a cardiologist, which had we known ahead of time and its something so critical for them to have, we should have been asked to bring with us and we wouldve brought it with us instead of being inconvenienced of driving more than 30 minutes each way and wasting our entire morning there for nothing. The supervisor was also extremely dismissive of our frustration with them, condescending, and his apology did not seem sincere at all. It seemed as though they didnt want to take any responsibility for their mistake and trying to blame my dad for not going to get the pain in his chest checked out. I would not recommend this facility at all, go somewhere else where you can trust they will do their job properly and not waste your time due to their imcompetence.

Excellent care but updating the waiting area/bathroom would be a good idea. The 1990’s wallpaper makes it feel run down . A fresh paint job would exude more cutting edge professionalism. As we know first opinions are important..
