They treated me as if I were family. The staff really does care for their patients that go for procedures. I was taken back at how they treat each patient. Before the procedure they introduce themselves and they get to know the patient. Afterwards, they greet you and hand out snacks to patients who are in need of refreshments. I would strongly recommend this place to someone in need of a quick procedure.

Dr. KAUFMAN and his team are wonderful! They take great care of me during office visits and surgical procedures. They are compassionate and really seem to care. Thank you for remembering to make the care of your patients your top priority. Unfortunately, this ethic is seen less and less in healthcare. Keep up the great work!

Very professional and caring staff. Helped me feel comfortable about surgery. Please take a look at your standard text prior to procedure. It states “to have an adult with you to accompany you home.” Then when you get there your driver is informed he/she cannot come in. Please correct this for this location. It creates misunderstanding during check in. The procedure is you come in alone, give driver’s information to receptionist, and they are called when it’s time to get you. I don’t think receptionist is aware of what text says.

I can’t say enough about the staff at Access. From the staff phone calls, which walked me through the procedure, step by step, so there were no surprises when I arrived....To the genuine care & kindness shown at the office, knowing I was nervous. Everyone was just wonderful! Donna spent so much time with me, explaining every detail in an informative & caring way - a true one on one experience. To Martini, the anesthesiologist, and Kurt the nurse anesthetist - I felt so comfortable and cared for. Of course Dr. Coville was so wonderful as well. I highly, highly recommend this surgery center. I can’t see myself ever going anywhere else for future procedures. Thank you, Access!
