Although the staff is nice, I am giving this office a very low rating.If I could give them zero stars I would do just that. Unfortunately, the doctors or nursing staff do not value their patients time or healing. This facility needs to find another way to administer epidural shots as it makes no sense to have people leave their homes at 5 o'clock in the morning and not be seen until 8/9 o'clock. They have a terrible policy where they administer epidural injections to those who are receiving local anesthesia first, while patients who desire to have general anesthesia have to wait all morning regardless of the time they signed in to be seen. In other words, if you came in at 5:30 in the morning to receive an injection under general anesthesia, you will be seen last as local anesthesia takes priority.

I had hand surgery here, they had a van with some other people come and pick me up from brooklyn and bring me back home which was a nice touch. The facilities were clean, the staff was friendly, and the procedure went well and was on time. No complaints!

I genuinely love coming here (yes, I know, lol, I really do). It’s not just because I’m in pain, but because this entire experience—from the drivers who pick you up and drop you off to the front desk staff, pre-op, and post-op teams—is seamless and professional. The facility is spotless, and the staff’s compassion and bedside manner truly set them apart. You might walk in feeling nervous, but they quickly put you at ease, treating you with kindness and respect. If it were up to me, I’d choose this place for any procedure. My doctor is incredible—I’ve unfortunately had to see him frequently over the past few years due to a series of unfortunate events, but every single time, he has made the process smooth and reassuring. I wholeheartedly recommend him and this medical center to anyone seeking top-tier, professional care. Dr. Hossam Mohamed is the best!

I must say Dr. Moise is really the Doctor that fights pain. I will always follow him, staff and nurses are very nice, professional and kind. My displease, is I have no idea who is in charge of scheduling. I was picked up today at 5:40am, arrived at the facility at 6:10am being the only patient there for about 30 minutes. Waited for over an hour to be called to prepare for procedure just to learn that I was the 3rd because in line for procedure because 2 men that arrived an hour after were just put in front of me. Besides this being incinsiderate is disrespectful of my time. I asked around why, nobody knew. Their cases were not worse or better than me. Just someone randomly decided that I would not be the 1st one to go into the procedure. Very disappointed!

Dr. Bayne at Health East Medical, is an outstanding Doctor, he is an expert who is the most honest doctor on the planet. He works with his patients and will only do surgery as a last resort. He is professional, has great bedside manners and takes as much time with you to give u all the options, while explaining them in detail answering all questions and concerns. The staff at Health East our also excellent, they take care of all the paperwork and insurance requirements, they are polite and friendly and follow up with all your necessary information, treatment, prescriptions, and appointments. Ms. Sanchez had been outstanding processing my medical information and a delight to work with. My sincere thanks and gratitude to an amazing team , it does not get any better! 👊
