My son had a surgery here yesterday and the staff is nothing short of amazing. From the receptionist to the nursing staff and the doctor who performed the surgery. I was a little bit of a mess watching my son get put to sleep, but the staff made me felt heard and they were companionate in every way towards my son and myself. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Everyone I interacted with at HCS was so friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place is immaculate, my nurses and doctors were so kind and meticulous, anesthesiologist had a great sense of humor, and everyone was very positive, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The staff seemed to have great rapport with each other too which to me indicates a positive work environment. Not surprised to see so many other great reviews here! Thank you so much.

Terrific experience! The building is very clean with the latest equipment & the staff could not be better! They took the time to explain what was happening and did so with patience and compassion, ensuring everything went smoothly. My daughter had a procedure here and it was wonderful. The nurse Rosie was super sweet and everyone at the check in desk was helpful and friendly. Ruth from billing was also wonderful to work with. The only slightest complaint I had was it was very warm in there even at 6:30 in the morning. We were over dressed since it was so early in the morning and still a little chilly out, so I would recommend anyone going in the summer to dress in layers even if it’s very early in the morning!

My husband had a bad experience at another outpatient surgery facility, so I was very worried about having my shoulder surgery done here and not in the hospital. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Everyone from the people at the front desk to the doctors and nurses were incredibly competent, kind, and caring. Top notch care and compassion.
