All the nurses and the office assistant are very kind and helpful, doing everything they can to make me feel comfortable before, during and after my surgery, make sure all my questions are answered. They're patient and very caring, pay attention to every little details. After I'm ready to be discharged, the nurse helps me get into a wheelchair and walks me to the lobby and waits until my Taxi arrives and I safely on my way. They treat you like a family. I had a wonderful experience at the facility. Thank you all for treating patients with such loving and tenderness. You have all done a great job!

I recently had a procedure at Hudson Crossing Surgery Center to remove several bone spurs that were tearing into my Achilles tendon, which also required tendon repair. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. The facility was extremely clean, and the entire staff was professional, competent, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable every step of the process. Dr. Napoli is an outstanding doctor and surgeon. The level of post-procedure care truly stood out — I received multiple follow-up calls, including a personal check-in from Dr. Napoli himself.
