TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Please stay away from this place. First, our appointment was messed up in September. Rescheduled for November. Currently sitting here for appointment, in a gown, when I am told the graft is not correct for my surgery. Needs to be rescheduled again. That means another day of scheduling school drop offs, taking off of work, etc. My boss doesn't even believe me because it's such a crazy story to have it messed up TWO times. What kind of professional place is not prepared for a surgery? I will not have them perform my surgery anymore as they literally cannot be trusted to do anything right.

Absolutely disgusted with their business practices. They quote you a "total" cost that turns out not to be the actual total. Between the hidden costs and added fees after the fact,this business operates more like a shady used car dealership . Stay away.

I came with my 5 year old and they made him an extra 2 hours wait because other patients came early to their surgery while he was already fasting for 16 hours before his. He was crying for food or water but they did not give any empathy as well as misleading me for hours saying that he’s going to be next. Would not recommend this surgery center if you are considering.

Had a really good experience. My son had amazing care the entire time and they made him extremely comfortable. Only thing I wish they did was make earlier appointments so my kid wouldn’t go so long without eating. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

Everyone there will give you different information. They blame the doctors for the schedule and claim they have no control over it. The doctor will blame the surgical center. You'll end up in circles with no clarification. No consideration for children with mental health issues. They told me to come in early and left me sitting in the waiting room for hours. Office staff will talk about you like youre not right there. Some of the nurses in charge of my child's care are extremely nasty. My child was recovering from anesthesia and urinated on herself. The nurse sighed heavily like we were a problem to deal with and left the urine soaked bed in the middle of the recovery area! Oh and side note, if you go to "avenue c" convenience area for any food items. Check them thoroughly as i pulled something out of the fridge that was covered in mold.
