Had a colonoscopy done there. Staff was very pleasant. Doctors as well. Answered any questions I had in a very nice and professional manner. I barely waited, and in total was there about an hour and 19 minutes. All I all a good experience, considering it was a colonoscopy! Thank you

Honestly I don’t write reviews for medical places. But I was quite frustrated with what happened when I took my father. My father has had endoscopies done many times in different facilities. This is the first time we ever experienced something like this with a medical practice. My father, who is 62, gave me his credit cards to keep for protection, but he’s forgetful, and didn’t give me the cash. We checked beforehand going into the practice that the money was still in his wallet. After the procedure, we were on our way home, he realized that his cash wasn’t there anymore. I was going to report it but my father decided not to, he said “maybe the person needed it more” but I figured to leave this review because this situation was very infuriating and I don’t want anyone else to be taken advantage of. I would say just bring your ID and insurance card and don’t leave ANYTHING like money or even cards behind. Truly disgusted by these actions. How else does the money disappear when my father and I both saw it in the wallet? Approximately $60 was taken and the person only left $5. I don’t know who it was but I’m not bringing my dad here next time.

Today, I went here for a scheduled endoscopy. It looks like an underground clinic. The place is tiny. There are about 6 parking spots, but the lot was full. There is no parking on the street unless you have a resident permit. I don’t remember seeing signage outside. The only way you would know it was a medical facility is on the glass door it said, “Patient Entrance.” The waiting room is extremely small with people packed on top of each other. The heat was blasting. When the receptionist opens the sliding window, you can see the recovery area directly behind her. It’s within reaching distance a few feet away,, that’s how tiny this place is. I waited for a hour in my car. Finally, after an hour, I followed my instincts and called my doctor’s office and they allowed me to cancel the procedure. I question the judgment of any doctor who is ok with his patients being treated in this place. I will find a new doctor.
