I had glaucoma surgery. I was nervous but was personally and professionally made to feel that I was in great hands. Starting with Emma the receptionist to Margarita and Jessica who were with me the entire time to Leticia, they were all great! Dr Amir Cohen, my surgeon, is the kind of doctor that I wish everyone would experience when faced with a medical issue. My conversations with him led me to believe I was in good hands. Clearly I was, since the surgery was a success.

The attention of all the professionals before, during and after my surgery was excellent. They treated me gently and gave me support in overcoming pain and discomfort. The pre-operative team with Hazel and Viviana could not be better: good explanations and careful attention. The team at the recovery room with Hazel and Tasia are simply excellent. This surgery center truly is amazing. My mother who suffers from dementia had cataract surgery here. Every person, from the receptionist to the anesthesiologist, introduced themselves, walked us through the day, and addressed our questions/concerns. They knew my mother’s situation and were friendly, organized, compassionate, and efficient. This could have been a very difficult day for my mother but it went flawlessly. I have never been so impressed with a facility (being in the medical field myself). Thank you!

Everyone was very professional and polite!! From registration to the nursing staff ⚕️ they explained everything and took the time to make sure I was comfortable . Answer all my questions and even called me the next day to see if I was okay. My Dr. David Conyack is always caring and professional. He explained step by step what to expect with the procedure that I was having. I would recommend this surgery center to anyone. Thank you all for being so caring during my time there. 😀

I had a great experience from check in, all the way through to my recovery. The staff was informative and answered all my questions. The nurse Tasia in recovery was amazing. She was caring, compassionate and took the time to go over all of the post operative instructions and even gave me several phone numbers to call if I had any further questions or concerns. I felt very at ease and confident in the care I received. Highly recommend this facility.
