While the staff is friendly and the center is well kept and clean, they had an issue with the facility that delayed the procedures for the day over 2 hours. Would it be so hard to call the patients and explain the delay and ask them to come in a bit later? It is stressful enough waiting to go in for a procedure, but to add over 2 hours to the wait is grossly unfair.
