This place is horrible for both patients and staff. I would highly recommend that no one go there for surgery. The doctors/surgeons don’t follow policy and procedures for surgery putting patients at risk - stating “if she has a neck, I’ll perform the surgery”. They force staff to go in with no electricity and no heat. The state of NJ needs to investigate ASAP.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a procedure on my neck performed by Oryan Baruch, DO at Rockland and Bergen Surgery Center, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Dr. Baruch is truly exceptional—his caring nature, compassion, and dedication to continuing to excel in his treatment are evident in everything he does. He took the time to help me find comfort while managing the pain I’ve been experiencing, which meant more to me than I can express. The entire staff at Rockland and Bergen Surgery Center was outstanding. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked back out the door. Special attention was always paid to ensuring I was comfortable at all times, which helped ease my anxiety and made the experience much more manageable. I highly recommend Dr. Oryan Baruch, DO, as well as Rockland and Bergen Surgery Center, for any and all procedural needs. You will be in caring, capable, and professional hands.

I was Dr. Feliciano’s patient and all I have to say is, I was in good hands. All of the doctors, staff and nurses were amazing!!! ( don’t get spooked out by the bad reviews this place reminds me why I want to work in the medical field) Thank you Rockland and Bergen Surgery Center🫶🏾

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Dr Feliciano and all the staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely friendly—going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where everyone is so consistently kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Lowest level of patient care the second you walk through the door. If the patient experience upon arrival is awful, regardless of how good the treatment is after, the tone was already set by the facility and its staff. The waiting room was so cold that everyone sat bundled up in their coats. The news was on the TV, discussing trump and Gaza hostages. Doesn’t really set patients up for good pre operative intake. Such sensitive topics have the potential to upset a patient, and result in elevate blood pressure. Checked in 10min prior to arrival time. Was never spoken to or acknowledged after that for OVER 2 hrs. For OVER 1 hour not one individual in the waiting room was brought back. Would not recommend this location.
