It took at least a month to get an appointment. Within that waiting time I was advised to make sure the doctor was in my network which I did. I showed up 20 min early the day of the appointment only to be told they do not accept my coverage. I told them that I had just verified with my provider that the doctor was definitely in their network. The ladies at the desk guranteed my that they don't and advised me to step aside so that they could attend to other patients , yet i was the only one not attended to and everyone else were there waiting for the people they came with. I go to the lobby and call my provider again who again verified they were in network. The person on the phone was kind enough to wait 55 min while the people in the office called to verify what I had told them over an hour ago. Eventually someone from billing came to tell them that my coverage was valid. By then they told me that I would have to reschedule for next week. Hopefully their service and professionalism improves by then.

Very inefficient office...if you make appointment here don't expect to get in and out in a respectable amount of time...and I wouldn't recommend making other plans for afterwards you'll likely be late my current trip has me sitting in the parking lot waiting over 2 hours for my elderly mother and this is a common occurrence here from my experience.

I had cataract surgery because I have a macular pucker. Dr Vora took care of the cataract surgery and Dr. Barone is the one who diagnosed me and they are both excellent and the Office wait time was not bad, and the office staff are very friendly….

Please search the physicians reviews not just the facility. The facility reviews are based on when you walk in , the front counter, all that good stuff. but the provider reviews are really what you wanna look for to see if the provider is good enough for you to see.

Being new to the area, I called office to confirm they took my vision plan. After being told yes by 2 people, I went in for an appointment. I handed my vision insurance card and again was told great, we take this plan! Then I was billed over $190 for a yearly eye exam that should be covered. I tried multiples times to reach a supervisor and was told they don’t have to take the vision plan and can bill my health insurance plan, which is what they were doing. It’s been months and I am getting nasty calls from the billing dept.on how they will sue me if I do not pay. And to make things worse my prescription was incorrect for my glasses! Please, to save yourself time and a major headache, go elsewhere. Get your free eye exam that you are entitled to with vision insurance.
