Such a wonderful place! The staff is amazing!
I just had my second corner replacement done on Nov 5th at the center and once again I couldn't be more pleased with the service professionalism just outstanding care that one receives at the surgical center of central New Jersey... Thank you to Regina Yvette Martin Pach.. sorry if I left anyone out but to all of you for the wonderful care helping me get through this procedure...
Lasik went terribly wrong for me when I got cornea erosion that kept me from light and screens for a year. The blonde female doctor blamed genetics, but admitted their tools don't test for genetics. That's faulty logic. I had asked 3 times whether medication that causes dry eyes would impact the surgery; i was told no, but along with cornea erosion, I had dry eyes for years afterwards and now squint to see small print or reading material from a distance. It was only a benefit during covid to not wear fogged glasses with a face mask. Three others in our extended family had the surgery with no problem. Three out of four is a good chance. I once intercepted baked goods brought to the office that had large clumps of dog hair in them. Not sure what else was in them and don't know which nurse or doctor or patient was behind it. Alpo for the nurses and families should get you shut down. As should trying to get nurses to violate their licenses or not running to help a nurse when she is hurt. Front desk was real nice. Dr. Wong was very respected.
Appt was at 6:45 am. Arrived at 6:30 and waiting room was filled! Completed additional paperwork and waited 15 minutes to review. 20 minutes later brought in to get IV and talk to anesthesiologist. Another 30 minutes before 15 min procedure!! I found out that procedures were NOT based on the tine you were given! First come, first served! Catarack procedure went well, BUT office procedure is problematic!!!@
I wish there was a higher rating I could give these people. The entire culture there is quite good! From the friendliness of the staff to the impeccable cleanliness, to the professional attention to detail . . . I would not hesitate in recommending this eye surgery facility to family and friends! By the way, our very successful cataract procedure was done by Dr. Alan Salz at the Surgery Center of Central New Jersey in North Brunswick, NJ (run by Wills Eye Hospital (based in Philadelphia)). A class act all around! One needs this when one’s eye is involved! No?
