Dr. Ark is wonderful. He explains things very well, is very compassionate and has a great bedside manner. The issue I had with my appointment today was not his fault. It was the fault of whoever schedules appointments at that office. My appointment was for 10:40. I arrived at 10:25 and the large waiting room was packed. I was finally called back to an exam room at 11:35 and Dr. Ark came in at 11:50 and apologized profusely for the wait. He was the only person who apologized to me for something that was probably not even his fault. I had to juggle the rest of my day. My time is just as valuable as theirs and this kind of delay was unacceptable.
