This place is very professional. The staff is amazing and have a great touch of comfort. Special shout out to Kim who was the incoming care nurse she made me feel very comfortable. Nice touch with a warm blanket.

I received services from this provider on June 5th of this year. Aetna denied their claim twice and has informed me that I DO NOT owe the provider anything for their services via notes on both of the decisions. Nevertheless, this provider has sent me numerous letters stating that they feel I owe them their costs. I have called this provider at least 6 times to discuss this with them. However, NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE so I leave messages which are never returned. This provider apparently thinks that insurance decisions are invalid, they can send threatening letters but never actually talk with the people they are sending those letters to in order to resolve the issue. If I could give them less than one star I would.

I cannot say enough great things about Shrewsbury Surgery Center. I’ve had multiple surgeries here, and every single experience has been exceptional. From the moment I walk in, the entire staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I always come in feeling anxious, but they consistently make me feel comfortable — almost like I’m at home. Not only have I had great experiences, but several of my friends and family members have also gone here, and they all say the exact same thing. The level of care, kindness, and professionalism is truly unmatched. Shrewsbury Surgery Center goes above and beyond for their patients, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where you’ll feel safe, supported, and well cared for.

My 14 yr old daughter was scheduled for knee surgery at the facility for 9:30 am. As we were leaving the facility called to tell us there was a delay and to come for 10:30. We arrived and things moved along. My daughter was extremely anxious and the staff understood the importance of alleviating that with her low tolerance of pain. They verbalized understanding and my daughter was brought back for her nerve block and sedation prior to the procedure and she was sleeping comfortably. I was promised she would be brought back shortly and that I’d get to see her before the actual surgery. They promised she would stay sleeping or at least out of it prior to going in the OR as this was her fear. Well. 3 hours later she went into the ER awake and crying. The exact opposite of what we were told and promised. As a mom and a nurse I find this unacceptable. Especially when dealing with a child. I would not recommend for children or young adults.

Had a procedure done yesterday. The facility made everything very simple and were very communicative with cost, post care etc. Brittany was great getting me settled in and checked up on me the following day. Cate was in the room during my procedure and was the sweetest. She held my had the entire time and was very kind and attentive afterwards. Can’t recommend them enough.
