Everything went smoothly. I was feeling a bit nervous, but the staff here are really nice and patience. Even the anesthesiologist cracked jokes to help me relax. The nurses are all very professional. Despite my tiny veins, she managed to find them quickly and administered the injection accurately.

I would absolutely recommend Teaneck Gastroenterology to everyone, including family and loved-ones. Dr. Phillip Micale and the team are exceptionally skilled in their work. I easily scheduled a consultation, and colonoscopy. He immediately called in my “prep” medication and the staff called me one week prior to ensure I knew what to expect and how to successfully complete my “prep” before the procedure. The day of my appointment the entire process was easy, the staff is gentle and knowledgeable, professional and incredibly efficient. From beginning to end only lasted 1.5 hrs and before I left they gave me a choice of juice and crackers as well as directions and that they would be following up with a call in three days. My only critique is the building, parking, and waiting room left a bad impression. My partner could not wait for me (I forgot they told me about this, and I nearly panicked in the office, I was so nervous.) The waiting room had papers taped to the glass which felt unorganized. And my release paperwork asked me multiple times if “l had a living will” and “did I bring it with me?” This elevated my anxiety, but when I told the staff I was nervous they were kind and reassuring.

I just had a procedure here with Dr Schmidt. I was nervous. The entire staff from reception to recovery were so nice, friendly and comforting. So much so that I have no worries and am not nervous at all to go back in 2 weeks for my other procedure. Highly recommend.

Such an excellent practice! Dr. Schmidt & team were knowledgeable and very professional! Diane during intake was excellent and made me very comfortable! I highly recommend this practice! All nurses were great! Anesthesiologist was exceptional! Thank you for providing such extraordinary patient care! I was so nervous but felt at ease with everyone!

I was late to my appointment but the staff was very accommodating and made it possible for to have my procedure. The receptionist was very professional and nice to me and the nurses (Diane, Leia, and Maureen) were terrific throughout my whole experience. They made every effort to make me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Lin was wonderful to meet in my telemedicine appointment and seemed very caring and also very thorough. I believe I have Dr. Lin to thank for ultimately allowing my procedure to stay on the schedule that day. The anesthesiologist was a nice man and I was asleep before I was able to thank him. The office environment was very professional, jovial and caring.
