I had a great experience with staff and personnel here. Let me start by saying I have EXTREME health anxiety, and an extreme case of GAD. I was a mess before my surgery coming in but they calmed me down relatively quickly and answered my every question. Let me tell you I had a lot of them every 2 seconds and they were all very kind and had NO problem with me. I was so fearful of everything but they handled it with grace which made me feel much better, from the IV to the nerve block all the way to sedation and anesthesia they were so nice. It was over before I knew it and they even helped me into my car with my family. Thank you for showing the kindness to me that you did. I will always appreciate it. It’s what makes the difference for many peoples mental health.

The staff make sure to keep you at ease and comfortable which makes a huge difference especially if your going under anesthesia. They are professional and polite and definitely do their best to make sure you have a good expirience.
