My Gastroenterologist is the best anyone can ask for. He is caring, answers all your questions, talks to you after the procedure and I HIGHLY recommend him. The Surgi Center As Staff are an amazing group of women who are caring, and are on the ball if you want anything and they always ask if you need anything. I HIGHLY recommend Endo Surgi Center

This was my second time coming here, and the service has been fantastic on both visits. My first procedure was a colonoscopy and my second was an endoscopy. The front-desk admins were very patient and walked me through all the paperwork without rushing. The nurses were excellent—gentle, attentive, and reassuring, especially when placing the IV and asking the pre‑procedure questions. The anesthesiologist was outstanding. He explained the medication he was administering and talked me through the entire process, which really helped put me at ease. Dr. Chirla is absolutely fantastic as well. Both times, I experienced no pain, and she was incredibly comforting when discussing her findings. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism from the entire team.

I was there to do a colonoscopy. After ten years of not having one done and the experience of the preparation, the instructions from the team and everything else went off perfectly. I recommend this location and all the workers there to anyone who wants to do a colonoscopy. It was incredible. After a while I woke up not realizing that I had gone to sleep. And I was in a deep sleep. The experience was a good one I highly recommend this location and all the doctors.

The surgery center was very clean. Some of the personnel were very nice particularly the intake people and a nursing assistant in the recovery room. Otherwise I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I have had multiple procedures done at this surgery center and was disappointed with the staff otherwise. They were too rushed and were overwhelmed by the number of patients that were to have procedures that day. Clearly, there was overbooking of the patients. Personal care and concern for my comfort and reassurance were not there. Everyone was too concerned with moving patients in and out. This was directly related to overbooking of the number of patients. Unfortunately, I had an argument with the anesthesia personnel as I had not been given the proper preoperative instructions. These preoperative instructions were not provided by the physicians office. There was no concern by the staff either professionally or the surgery center staff about upsetting me before a procedure. This was highly unprofessional. As a former surgeon, I would never upset my patient before undergoing the procedure. I essentially had to plead with the staff to not cancel the procedure because of their incompetence. Overall, my experience was not good, especially compared to my experiences before with this surgery center. I will not go to the surgery center again and may consider switching physicians who I’ve been acquainted with for 30+ years that is how upset I am. I will be happy to speak with anyone in charge at any time. Suffice it to say this was not a good experience.

Staff was amazing. Front desk was extremely friendly and made you feel comfortable which helps with the nervousness. I forgot his name but I think it was Anthony at the front. Cameron was a great nurse and helped me feel at ease. They were all wonderful people and it was a great experience. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and cared for.
