Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Varicose Vein TreatmentEnlarged surface veins are closed or removed to relieve aching, swelling, and heaviness. Insurance coverage generally depends on documented symptoms and a trial of compression stockings, rather than appearance alone.Dialysis Access CreationAn artery and vein are connected, or a graft placed, to create a durable access point for dialysis. The connection needs weeks to mature and strengthen before it can be used reliably.Arteriovenous Fistula RepairRestores flow through a dialysis access that has narrowed or clotted. Because dialysis depends entirely on that access working, problems are addressed promptly rather than watched.Endovascular Aneurysm RepairA stent graft is delivered through the arteries to reinforce a weakened, bulging section of the aorta from the inside. It avoids a large open incision, but requires lifelong imaging follow-up to confirm the graft stays sealed.Carotid EndarterectomyPlaque is removed from the carotid artery in the neck to reduce stroke risk. Recommended when narrowing is significant, particularly after a warning stroke or transient ischemic attack.Peripheral Artery StentingA stent props open a narrowed artery outside the heart, usually in the leg, to restore blood flow. Often combined with balloon angioplasty and paired with a walking program afterward.

I want to say five star however it has changed because of reception and the new hires. You’re able to tell who are the seasoned employees vs the newbies. The seasoned employees treat you with love, care and respect the newbie’s are there because they were hiring. Outside of that I would give the nurses, Doctors and some of the others 5 ⭐️

Union Anesthesia Associates is outstanding for care and understanding of patients needs. It is run so professionally with a very warming patient first atmosphere. I can't say enough about Dr Fleischhacker and his staff. They are amazing. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family.

Dr. Fleischacker is the only doctor I would see for pain management. He truly cares about his patients and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout my treatment. He believed the RFA would bring relief, and he was right. I trusted him completely, and the treatment was a success. If I ever need pain management again, I will absolutely return to Dr. Fleischacker.

Very relieved to say the least that I was taken care of by 1 of the greatest practices I’ve been to. They were kind, efficient and provided detail that soothed my intrusive thoughts about my upcoming procedure. Dr. Fleischhacker spoke with great confidence and ensured that I will be taken great care of. The facility was not only clean but was a very friendly environment. All smiles :D
