I understand that this is how these people make their living, but I don't think I'll ever put myself through that again, on any level. The prep was a NIGHTMARE. Felt pretty groggy and tired the next day. I don't think my concerns were respected. Not everyone is going to embrace this particular procedure with the same vigor the staff and doctors just don't even care. Dehumanizing man. I would hate to have something happen and my last moments being in this place. Like if something goes wrong, you sue, they got insurance. The place is drab and depressing. You don't really feel like you walk in and want to trust the place with your life when it's got such a depressing, medical office aura of misery.

The services at the center are stellar however the process of having bills submitted to more than one insurance seems to be a serious challenge. This is an issue that has been outstanding since July 2024. My primary insurance paid however there's an issue with the way that the office is resubmitting the claim for the balance to my secondary insurance company resulting in non-payment. Ive gone back and forth with the office numerous times over the last few months with no success and I'm completely exhausted and frustrated by the numerous calls, texts and emails that I continue to receive all because the office refuses to follow new instructions for submitting a claim.
