Another positive visit yesterday . The staff treated me with respect and were patient in answering my questions. Their facility is better than a hospital because you get personal care close to home ! Thank you for everything you did to keep me safe and comfortable !

extremely disappointed with the way my husband and I were treated at Wayne Surgical Center, specifically by an employee named Angel. My husband is already under a lot of stress preparing for a medical procedure. There was a simple misunderstanding regarding the copay amount after he had spoken to a different staff member earlier. Instead of calmly clarifying the situation, Angel immediately gave my husband an attitude and spoke to him in a very disrespectful and impatient manner, as if my husband did something wrong for being confused. There is absolutely no excuse for being rude to patients or their families—especially when they’re anxious and vulnerable. A little compassion and professionalism goes a long way in a medical setting, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking in this interaction. This experience added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. I truly hope management addresses this, because no patient or family member should be treated this way.

Everyone here is great! I am a patient of Dr. Kizina. He is an excellent doctor and Stephanie is awesome! All the nurses and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

This facility said they would send an email regarding billing information after a failed procedure though it was not sent to myself. The billing line currently requests voicemails be left after hitting 0 however that reroutes the call to the main menu leaving myself and others without phone call ability in concerns related to reaching billing.

The surgical center has been a fine facility in my past experience. But be warned, after explicitly stating I could not start prep for procedures until fully paid, which I did, a year later, without any bill or explanation of additional charges, legal action have just been taken against me for supposedly owing them more. First, a collection agency contacted me, and following their instructions, I requested information of what else I could owe. The response was a copy of my medication and allergy list, ie. no itemized billing information. They then proceeded to sue me for $800, still without any bill or explanation.
